All​ ​of​ ​our​ ​samples​ ​are​ ​made​ ​to​ ​order​ ​and​ ​we​ ​do​ ​not​ ​carry​ ​stock​ ​of​ ​any​ ​gowns.​ ​Therefore​ ​we​ ​do​ ​not​ ​accept any​ ​exchanges,​ ​returns,​ ​or​ ​refunds.​ ​ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We​ ​work​ ​hard​ ​to​ ​ensure​ ​that​ ​our​ ​samples​ ​dresses​ ​are​ ​kept​ ​in​ ​the​ ​best​ ​condition​ ​possible.

Almost​ ​all​ ​dresses​ ​will​ ​need​ ​some​ ​degree​ ​of​ ​alteration​ ​by​ ​a​ ​preferred​ ​seamstress.​ ​In​ ​purchasing a​ ​store​ ​sample,​ ​you​ ​understand​ ​that​ ​this​ ​garment​ ​has​ ​been​ ​tried​ ​on​ ​by​ ​other​ ​brides. The gown may be slightly larger than listed measurements due to being tried on.​ ​Sample​ ​sale​ ​gowns must​ ​be​ ​paid​ ​in​ ​full​ ​at​ ​the​ ​time​ ​of​ ​purchase.

If​ ​you​ ​are​ ​purchasing​ ​a​ ​gown​ ​over​ ​the​ ​phone/internet,​ ​you​ ​recognize​ ​that​ ​you​ ​are​ ​purchasing​ ​the​ ​gown sight-unseen​ ​and​ ​ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ​Professional​ ​cleaning​ ​and​ ​tailoring​ ​may​ ​be​ ​required, which is​ ​the​ ​responsibility​ ​of​ ​the​ ​customer.​ ​We​ ​do​ ​have​ ​gown​ ​cleaning​ ​services, please ask if interested. 

Most​ ​orders​ ​will​ ​be​ ​shipped​ ​within​ ​3 business days of​ ​payment.​ ​You​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​confirmation​ ​email​ ​with​ ​a tracking​ ​number​ ​when it's shipped.​ ​Overnight​ ​and​ ​next​ ​day​ ​shipping​ ​is​ ​available​ ​for an​ ​additional​ ​charge.​ ​We​ ​charge​ ​a​ ​$50 ​shipping​ ​fee​ ​for​ ​all​ ​US​ gown ​shipments. International​ ​shipping​ ​will​ ​be​ ​determined​ ​on​ ​a​ ​case​ ​by​ ​case​ ​basis.
